The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff was highly professional, providing consistent excellent service. the rooms were contemporary and beautifully designed, complete with free snacks and a great balcony with a laptop safe. the breakfast was extensive and amazing, offering pancakes, eggs, and fresh homemade omelette in a quiet atmosphere.

The best location in the center, and 5 minute walk from a spandrel segmental arch bridge. Compact superior queen room with views of courtyard.

Very special overall experience. Good food in the restaurant, extensive breakfast with sausage and a lovely view and pancakes made to order. Excellent service, private parking available nearby. Everything modern. Located right in the heart of the city, easy to find. And close enough to the centre of Florence as well as Santa Maria Novella-the train station.

The hotel was well located. There is wi fi however it is a bit temperamental. Th reception is on the 2nd floor so if you have a lot of baggage this might be a problem.

The recently renovated place had nicely appointed rooms and excellent service from the fabulously helpful staff at a prime location near a medieval cathedral.

The location was good, breakfast was only just okay. We would not recommend it to our friends to stay. When staying there they screwed our bathroom window so we could not open it to get fresh air and the bedroom window also.

The staff members were fabulously helpful and very friendly. The room had a stylish, modern design with lovely individual character. The breakfast selection was extensive and marvellous, catering to all tastes. The terrace had a great view over the roofs.
